Transformers

Havent finished it yet. a almost free-roam play(like GTA), with options to re-do the prev missions. You play the transformers (no choice as to who). The game has the same overall plot as the movie. You can unlock special features, play mini games. You can transform! whoot! Will please any transformer fan!

Big Brain Academy

Games that make people think are quite popular. The ultimate function is the test, which randomly choses 1 mini game from each class; think, analyze, compute,memorize & identify and then comes up with how much your brain weighs, a grade and what occupation your brain suits. Right now mine is a C+ a musician at 1032g! (ive been dumber e.g a fashion designer! lolz)Great for any age!

Loving it. Cant stand some songs. A very funky albumn! favs: Clumsy, London bridge, Glamourous.. ok just bout every song that she has made a single.

The new Challenge

The next challenge is loosing weight with hubby.
I was thinking bout doing optifast/TFerguson (my BMI is 31) but then im worried it would break me, bit too extreme for me. Im no toughie when it comes to food.
Both have 20kgs to loose.
Got a new gel pad bike seat cover for the exercise bike, as im tired of roughing the hard seat out on my tailbone.. and hubby hated the bike. Now the seat should be a butt-saver!
Doing the rewards meant looking at our budget figuring out what we could do.
So every week if its not a gain. $32 in my pocket to spend on what i like. (total of 2 bottles of sake that hubby loves. @17 points a bottle! yikes) me im planning already a nice pair of workout pants!
at every 5kgs theres a $100 cash bonus. (probably splash on the buying video game withdrawls) at 10kgs (halfway) theres a weekend trip to melbourne and a bit of spending $$. the next 5kgs another $100 bonus. The end is still up in the air.. probably the $500 on clothes still.. hmmm..

So im excited, ready to do this!

Another week of not the best eating and no exercise.
Abcess thing is gross, but a ton better. I cant use it as an excuse this week as im sure its fine if it gets wet with sweat working out.. since showering is fine now.

bad week! And another week of waiting for our new mattress to arrive to go! :(
tons of stress this week. Terrible 2s... and a weird gross wound just under my breast i thought was a weird pimple or cyst turns gunky and goes black/purple hubby says gangrene i freak out.. go to doctors next day to be told its a abcess thingy possible staph infection so all is good. its covered up and i have to swipe with iodine every day.. along with chunky antibiotic pills. And today its looking 100thousand times better and have only been on antibiotics for 24hrs! Its gross, its uncomfortable.. i cant run, anything that stretches my breast hurts.. so too much stress this week..
been thinking bout how i was kinda on the horse just not on the saddle.. maybe being dragged holding onto the horse or doing some insane stunt riding on the underbelly of the horse in thoose shows.. i would binge but id pick the healthiest binge.. i.e i couldnt decide between a whole pac of mint choc biscuits and a pac of cheese twists well the cheese twists had 1/2 of what a whole pack of the biscuits.. and then later in the week it was japanese seaweed crackers vs deli rock chips and size vs size the crackers won hands down and when i ate them i found it was impossible to eat the whole packet!

its one of thoose weeks..

todays recap: did chores in the morning, load of washing, dishes, cleaning up toys, moping the kitchen floor.. little did i know i was going to wash the same floor twice again all before 4pm!
Little Miss Naughty, 1st time (after i defrosted the fridge i took the eggs out (so the cartons didnt get soggy) and also the iceblocks had defrosted (kids ones in the plastic..) somehow she opened one and covered herself, the floor and cupboards in it! So put her in the shower and clean floor.. after lunch i was trying to fix pc/monitor to get a lil bit of sim2 time in (1st time in weeks!) after 2hrs i fix it.. and play a bit to come out and find Tia and at least 8 eggs on the kitchen floor.. cupboards and dads shirt i had washed in the morning!!! So all the eggs we had are on the floor and on tia. so pissed off!!!! i was planning to make a few small single serve pavolovas and a nice breakie for hubby tomorrow! So off to the shower again for her and time for me to clean up the mess of 8 eggs.
hubby gets home and i broke down. He offers me a ice cream.. i got a ultra magnum the toffee nut.. was nice.. worth the 1300+kj and 13g sat fat? i guess so.. was suprising that they had a tip on the wrapper in plain sight says "Streets ultra magnum is an indulgent adult treat & to be enjoyed occasionally as part of a balanced diet. if you overindulge we recommend some brisk walks or an intimate romp with your partner' so im pretty proud of magnums saying that its pretty wicked and u should exercise after eating (hey maybe it could turn into the norm and along with refridgerate after opening theres a 'exercise after eating' as well! lol!)
Last night didnt exercise.. was lazy, was hot, was tired, was stressed.. and thought up every excuse why i shouldnt exercise including some odd muscle pain in my right upper thigh ive had a few days and is worse when i try to sleep on that side.. but the new mattress comes any day now.. any day!
So thats just great the week i say i will give 100% all these little things pop up and bite me in the bum!

some quick snaps from today. lemme explain
Top: what ive been working on. 2hrs today sewing/making a pillowcase (tiff style, no pattern, no pins and lots of hidden wonkyness) and 2 singlet tops i got for tia from target in the reduced bit of kids clothes down to 98c each! And what i was working on yesterday was iron transfers, (using the sheets and a inkjet printer and some nifty image know-how.) so Tia has her custom pillow with her name and pony and singlets with her name on the back(small like a nametag) and a pretty my little pony on the front.

middle: Pepper rabbits bachelor pad, a highrise! and his lunch, breakfast and dinner course carrots and grass.

bottom: My fridge & freezer! Yep.. im sure id gain 5 extra cms if i defrosted and removed all that ice in the freezer.. but that requires time.. in this nifty freezer it takes 3 days for icecubes to form! needless to say, the fact we live nice and close to the supermarket(apart from the no car reason) is a blessing when it comes to food as i can only have so much meat in there along with everything else...(hubbys sake included) good for dieting coz theres no chance of keeping any icecream frozen! none! its been almost 4years with this silly thing.. *wishes for new freezer*

today: not bad.. woke up a bit depressed. which u do after meeting don burke at his house in one dream then getting shot in the leg in a another dream the same night. then hubby had to go to work, like norm. *sigh*
i went shopping, thinking of treats but only came out with a huge watermelon and smoked cheese! lol! i resisted so many naughty things i thought bout binging on, but then i thought ive only lost 4.5kgs this year i could have done much better if it wasnt for binging,treating and spoiling myself!
last night recap: a nightmare.. lets begin with tia and red paint.. then she moved on to yellow paint smeared it over the coffee table, did many hand prints on the wall and got yellow paint on the carpet *gasp!* (i was trying to catch up on everyones blogs) then i put tia in the shower and continue to clean the yellow paint up. when i kinda finished it, i got tia out of her shower to find her covered in lipstick and lipgloss.. (in the shower) and a bottle of my garnier skin toner empty in the bathroom sink! eep! dress her for bed. start to get going on the bike, find she has a piece of chalk in with her and drawing on the walls of her bed(which is a plastic kid size house complete with doors and windows, her cot mattress fits in there) continue with workout get 1/2hr done find tia is licking the paper towel i left out!

Facts:
  • My lowest weight in over 2 years! (and will be as long as i keep loosing it)
  • I think the most stuff ups and off the wagon type stuff all year!
  • Im very suprised! I thought i was well and truly going to gain!

So busy! So much to do! Still have to sit down and write my list of things to do today and its already 9am! Most web stuff is almost done.. hubby been tinkering with computer over weekend and been doing some serious shopping hours and we even bought a mattress on saturday! whoot! Goodbye back pain and terrible sleep! (er, when they deliver it!) So been busy and having been at LITS or here.. or even neopets (sob!) j/k!
So need to catch up on weigh in stuff.. oh boy! in a second!
Been off the wagon last week. Along with way too many indulgences, baileys, diet caramel topping and milk (mind u the tiniest bottle which in total is 0.7 of a stand drink yes the tiny $4 bottle!) been having a few drinks.. yes a few drops is enough for me! and no i havent finished it yet! wonder how much sugar is in that bottle?! hmm... where was i? oh.. stuffups.. lets add, whopper, trying onion rings (hmm yuk), tiny mars bar cheesecake, darrel lea $3 block of rocky road with milk chocie and peanuts (yum) but had too much (yuk) over 2 days (theres 3 serves in that thing!)
Heres to a new week, givng 100%!
My commitments are: (in no special order)
  1. drink at least 2LT
  2. give 100% no excuses
  3. be more efficent & get things done!
  4. Stay positive

*yawn*


Well havent blogged much. Havent had time. Hubby been home monday, tues and wednesday sick with the flu! Monday was shopping, cleaning, shopping(meeting up with my grandparents from ACT) Tuesday is a blur and wednesday i thought i was comming down with the cold. I was going cold, hot and then half of me cold half of me hot.. and i was all better when i got home! lol! (from shopping of course) Its not yet 9am and im yawning already. last night when to bed as normal. But lately been feeling flat and tired.. alot! Hopefully on the weekend we will get a new mattress! And i can sleep and not have back pain!
*yawn* Have alot of cleaning to catch up on. I only ever manage a bit of tidying, cooking and dishes when hubby is home during the day!
Might just go kill some spiders and weed the garden and maybe take a few branches of that plum tree in the picture its a bit insane!
What a cutie Tia is! And she did this for a split second and was off running again, lucky mum got a shot of her!

how to loose 10kg and fall flat on ur butt!

First off. Thanks to everyone who commented on my 10kg loss! :D Wow Angie visited!
Your words of encouragement has given me the boost i really did need!
so i lost 10kg. Thats awesome, its not clicking in my head yet, even tho ive been looking forward, counting down to it and dreaming about getting out of the 90s!
Have i got a reward in mind? i think i might have written a list, will have to find it!
So totm sucks.. and im not expecting a loss, probably a gain. Maybe one reason why i havent been into it and tracking or on the bike.
Yep i think ive missed 2 days of crucial bike exercise.. bummer! See what happens when i get stuck on the computer mixed with toilet training and Tia now sleeping outside her cot?! 2 sentences that have been constantly repeated the past 2 days "do you need to wee?' and "go back to bed". Who would have thought that could be so exhausting! Medals not only out to single mums/dads, but any mum/dad with more than one child.. can i possibly go thru this again?!! (my goodness i must be lazy!)
anyways. been kinda off the wagon. Did not even register to track points over the weekend. good news is i did not have a problem with snacking at all for once (no thinking, i have 4 points left over what can i have?) saturday was pizza at the park and strawberry mud cake, sunday was too much of a helping of skinny meatballs and pasta with skinny choc self pudding. Compared to my old eating habbits a great improvement. But still not the greatest! So more than likely over points, but not to badly on sunday & monday!
I shouldnt use the totm expected gain as a excuse to not track or exercise! Lesson learnt!
So i did do 1hr tonight, with thanks to BL and hubby freeing the tv from video games so i can watch n ride! :D
caught up with my grandparents from ACT today. They havent seen Tia since she was a newborn! She was a doll! Only did 4hrs of shopping today! *rolls eyes*
I am feeling very scattered tonight! Even after planning a ton of dinners, bills and things to do..

Facts:
  • Still in the 90s!!!!!!!
  • Had a few naughty things. Everything in moderation but that doesnt mean i should make up for all the times ive been without.. ah well! I have my excuses! ;)
  • Im happy with changes ive made to my lifestyle/eating and ive come to a point that i dont mind doing this for the rest of my life. The lite milk, the coke zero, the veggies, the exercise! Its all good! And hubby is quite happy with it all too! (a miracle with the lite milk!)

Stuff-ups/unhealthy choices made for this week:
  • thursday= half a mc chicken and maccas apple pie over my point limit!
  • friday= taking mum out to lunch for her birthday having a sausage roll and biscuit
  • saturday= will have to make up for this tonight! 3 pieces of dominos pizza and some strawberry mud cake from the same place i took my out too for lunch! So i guess its veggies tonight and a hour of sweating on the bike! (but in all things, this cafe i think is awesome as it has smaller cake verions of their big cakes!)

Moments to be proud of:
  • choosing a small cake instead of a big normal size cake.. like i need a whole big cake to myself?! geez
  • Enjoying time out with my mum and trying to spoil her even with her 'dont break the budget over me' thinking!!!!
  • Staying positive and happy
  • Pushing myself on the bike, i wish i had energy left over to remember the speeds i held, broke and all.. but bike says ive done over 1000km and in 3months thats not bad!!!
  • Tracking my points and exercise for most of the days on paper! Shock horror!!!!!!
  • Staying in the 80s and out of the 90s
  • Beating hubby again this week.

too right i dont get out of control. i dont even get drunk. i get tipsy and thats enough for me and then i start hating it! im quite the control freak when it comes to my body! (unless its doughnuts) i still have one of thoose mini bottles 30ml? or kahula in the fridge. i have maybe 4 drops of that to a full glass of skim milk and choc nesquik powder! I hate the taste of alcohol!
