I know its no where near halloween and i dont celebrate it at all... but was curious.. and no suprise about the dumb result i got!!! Elvis?!! I mean come on!!! Elvis with long hair?! Weigh in week 7 of 2006 Week 7 of 2006 Height 170cm Age 23yo StartW 99kg PreviousW 91kg CurrentW 90kg Loss this week: 1kgs! Total loss= 9kgs Goal weight= 70kgs Facts: Back to my lowest for 2006 again! Goal for this week is to be so good i hit 80s on saturday! thought all day that i stayed the same as last week, but on reading apparently not! YAY! Weekly exercise summary; I have no clue! I know i missed some days.. and some were 55mins, 60mins, 20mins and 30mins.. Its been so hot!! Not happy bout that This weeks stuff-ups; Going over points some days no clue which or how much Eating chocie, maybe a bit too much Not tracking, or writing down exercise Not being competitive enough with hubby loosing interest in exercise bike and playing too many computer games This weeks moments to be proud of; Not eating stuff for the sake of eating it Decluttering and mopping the kitchen and bathroom floor almost daily! Not going way over the top with eating... like i could have if i gave in more! Goal for next week: Hit the 80s for the first time in months, years.. who knows?! :D
