What Kind of Food Are You? I know i shouldnt stress, just had maybe a bad day, eating wise. Too many little snacks.. i dunno i just know im slowly letting my grip go! Which scares me a bit. I want weight loss for real, and i want control over my eating! so im just going to start tomorrow like its a new day and im going to still be sensible tonight when hubby comes home. And i will make sure i do at least a hour on the bike. B- museli and yogurt (2pts) L- boiled potatoe and corn on cob (2pts?) D-tuna curry and rice (9pts?) S- 1 piece of toast and low fat spread (2pts) S- nibbled on left over roast lamb little bits S- a meringue (3pts) S- a strawberry D- meringue, strawberries n bit of whipped cream (5pts) |
