biggest weight 99kg in 05 previous weigh in: 88kg current weight: 88.5kg gained .5kg goal weight: 70kg Darn grumpy this morning.. and still grumpy! Will just have to try just as hard to get the ball rolling again down the hill... i was going to give my reward $ as a gift to our sponsor child... so i will move that to the next reward i get next week with a nice loss along with it.. hubby is speeding ahead of me :( got a bit of catching up to do! bummer! |

500g is nothing Tiff, you'll get back on top next week :)
I understand why you're grumpy about the gain but it's only a little one and you can knock that off again next week. How's the exercise going?

Honey don't beat yourself up!!
Mix it up alittle, cook something that you've never cooked before, do an exercise you've never done before, make some you time, create time and space for you have alittle think of what youwant and how your going to get it!!
Your doing a great job hun you have come so far and now you are sooo close!!! and unfortunantly when your close it gets harder!!
Maybe you need to take the focus off weight and put it on another aspect of your healthy new lifestyle:)
