darn it. i dont know why i leave it to the last day to behave and focus... for a loss on weigh in tomorrow. i have been really distracted since hubby joined me. Its become rare for me to weigh so often on non-weigh in days. which is good, i guess. This morning scales said 88kg. i will be happy with that tomorrow.. altho im wishing for a loss... but i dont think ive been that good! discovered a alternative to KFC chicken; my version from super food ideas. plain flour 1/3 cup 1 chicken thigh fillet pepper & salt szechaun pepper cooking spray dribble of canola oil heat oven 230 deg cel. in a roasting pan (or cookie tray whatever) dribble small amount of canola oil and spray lightly with cooking oil. place flour and seasonings on a plate and mix. dip chicken fillet into flour mixture to coat. shake of excess. place on tray/pan spray piece of chicken with cooking spray. place in oven. depending on how much chicken your cooking, keep an eye on it. after 10mins turn over. cook and serve with lemon wedges, sweet chilli sauce... or salad.. or homemade wedges.. or in a bun... or with rice. very yummy! ;) edited to say that i was flicking thru the previous ww mag and saw the same kind of recipe! odd! lol! :D |
