last minute workout til weigh in!
LOL! Have i got BL in my head or what?! Hubby has been playing star wars game and ive got that in my head and not to mention visualising the line of boxes of things to do like my sim characters.. Eating bad food gains dark side points!! And good Jedis use the force to overcome eating due to boredom, depression etc etc.. and of course look good and gain light side points.. HA! Em, your right i shouldnt be stressing. I am over eating on more healthier things compared to the previous me who over ate on maccas, kfc, chocolate, lollies and chips! However i did make a goal to get into the 80s offically for next weigh in, which is tomorrow. And im having serious doubts! Have to get my head right! Ive been doing super, ive been bouncin 90-91 for 2-3 weeks? i dunno (time goes fast here) which is better than my previous bouncin job at 93-96! coloured my hair today.. re did the blonde streak roots.. then later tonight put a copper brown red thru it all.. interesting.. only ever had blonde streaks and then er honey blonde to fix how badly i made my streaks go white last time (and from teen days the odd black, pink, purple and red) Im proud of myself today for really pushing myself on the bike today.. i must admit i do get slack when on my bike sometimes.. like riding along the countryside.. lol! But tonight.. i pushed myself and pushed.. and thought of giving up and then pushed myself again.. it was tough, but it felt good! I got at 1/2hr and thought well ive done enough probably and then nope, im doing the full hour like this! GO BRAIN! lol! so my record is 27kmph for 35mins got me almost 15km (when 30mins usually is just 10km i think) i dont remember my end distance.. had things to do.. find out why at 9pm again Tia is wide awake! Pushing self and listening to the coach 'brain' = light side points what did i scoff today? an account of Friday: 3 pieces plain toast (5-6pts) 2 ham salad buns (9pts) 4 dim sims and s/c sauce (9pts) a k-time twist bar (2pts) 26/23pts |

Hi Tiff,
I haven't seen this blogger before. I tried to do one once but it was too hard and I don't really have time usually to do the postings as well as blogging.
I am really happy for you reaching 89, your 10K goal! If you were on WW, you would get a lovely keyring for passing 10% of your start weight. You have been powering on your bike, wheels or not, it will need a 1000K overhaul soon!
Good work on you continued journey,
Blessings,
Reh
