well.. 1st rant for today: Since when is it called a peace rally when aussie lebanese shout "down! down! USA!"????!!!! thats not a chant for peace! geez! Well i havent reported since day 3 of trying my hardest! Let me think of how well i have or havent done.. hmmm well no doubt weekends are very tough! Exercise for the week: [Exercise Bike] mon & tues 1hr wed 45mins thurs 1hr 10 fri 1/2hr sat 1/2hr sun 1/2hr I didnt have a 'rest' day i was very worried that id have that 'rest day' and then have some more 'rest' days! I know just doing one form of exercise isnt the greatest but im so darn lazy it will have to do until i really get bored or start enjoying exercising! I figured that on rest days you arent exactly meant to sit on the couch all day either.. and so by doing a few 1/2hrs it was pretty easy on my tender butt and sore legs and kinda made them not so sore anymore (if that makes sense) I will confess ive been weighing each morning and pretty darn peeved! keep seeing 87! darn it, im doing really good and exercising my lazy butt and no rewards yet.. "patience my young padawan"~ yoda so saturday: sausage egg mcmuffin, 1/2 hash brown, 1 sesame snap, 1 mini mar bar cheesecake, homemade lean burger n salad and tonight a mexican potato dish and a skim mocha caramelatte.. sunday: 1 fluffy pikelet whipped cream and strawberries, 5 smarties?, beef minute steak and salad roll, roll with lite marg, 1 chuppa chup, 1 chicken sweet chilli sauce n lite sour cream tortilla n salad. so not great, but they are by far my worst days all week and i did pretty darn well good. considering!!!!!!!!! DARN FUNDRAISER CHOCS!!!! AAAAAAAAAHHHHHH! They drove me insane BUT i DIDNT have ANY! OH MY GOODNESS! me?! no chocolates?! Hubby has taken them to his work where they will stay and be bought! [$2 ea for: nestle crunch bar, peppermint crisp, aero bar, kitkat, kitkat crunchy, kitkat crunchy caramel, smarties, milo bar, violet crumble, milky bar] i did have like 5 smarties but Tia and james ate the rest of the box! tons of chocolate but none really any of my favourites and the only tempting one was 20% saturated fat! The milky bar had 10g of saturated fat (and more other fats) but my goodness. I did survive! yikes! And im so proud of eating all this salad stuff! LOL! On another note, my hubby is clearing out the garage. Its pickup week this week so everyones trashy old lounges and junk are out.. he threw out all his junky pieces of electronic things like bits of motors, copper wire, transistors, resistors but he kept the good stuff and gave a ton of magnets to Tia who would try to play with them and get mad coz they would just snap all together or something... i think i will be avoiding maccas for a very long time *fingers crossed* after reading that to burn off 1 big mac takes 1.5hrs cycling! so not worth that!!! anyways Tia is sleeping in (why cant she do this on the weekend?!) almost 9am i had better start getting stuff done.. oh. Tia has gone up a stage in toilet training by getting herself up on the toilet (without her little step n toilet seat thing) No accidents all weekend, even out shopping! Still along way to go, like her telling me she needs to go and the dreaded no.2s! |
