| Felt so lonely and down today and found myself snacking way too much.. tried doing things like baking with Tia (her purple cupcakes and some lite scones for james) then watching Tia paint outside... it was raining a bit today (which i quite like) but was also kinda depressing. Hubby been busy at Tafe after work this week, then we both did our own video games tuesday night, james came home exhausted and slept wednesday night and he has a friend over tonight.. *sigh* Being completely honest (this is how i screwed up my week in order) Thursday: Breakfast-2 pieces toast (4pts) 1 Coffee (3pts?lite milk and 2 sugars) 3 pieces of dried pineapple 1 mini purple cupcake (1pt?) Lunch-3 dim sims and s/c sauce (7pts) 2 lite scones with ww sauce and tiny slices of cheese melted on top (3pts?) k-time twist bar (2pts) 3 pieces of wholemeal bakers delight bread with veggiemite (4pts?) dinner- lite potatoe bake (lite milk, lite cheese, lite cream) 6pts? |
